Comeback Health · comebackhealth.app · updated October 25, 2026
Comeback Health is a personal rehab and training app. This page explains what it reads, where it keeps it, and who can see it.
What the app reads
- Health data you allow: on iPhone from Apple Health, on Android from Health Connect. That covers workouts, sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, breathing rate, blood oxygen, VO₂ max, steps, active calories, nutrition, hydration, weight and body fat. You choose which types in the system permission screen and can turn any of them off there at any time.
- What you enter: your training plan, PT exercises, sessions, activities, body check-ins (shoulder pain, soreness, energy, mood) and notes.
- Your account: your email address, or your Google name and email if you sign in with Google.
What the app writes
If you leave "Save finished sessions" on, the app saves the workouts you finish in it to Apple Health or Health Connect.
Where it's stored
Data is kept on your phone and synced to the app's database (Supabase) so your devices stay in step. Each account can only read its own rows. Health data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone else.
AI coach
When you tap "Adjust today", the app sends that day's plan, your check-in and recent recovery numbers to Anthropic's Claude to suggest changes. Nothing is sent unless you ask, and Anthropic doesn't use it to train models.
Deleting your data
Sign out and delete the app to remove what's on your phone. To delete your account and everything synced with it, email hello@comebackhealth.app.
